Bookings
If you are an existing client, please use this page to schedule your sessions with me. Kindly make the payment using the QR code below or bank details provided to you BEFORE scheduling as bookings are confirmed only upon the receipt of payment. Please refer to the scheduling policy below.

Timing, rescheduling and cancellation policy

Your session will start at the pre-agreed time unless changed by mutual agreement at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you are late to join the session, it will still conclude at the originally agreed time and will not be extended. If you fail to inform me of any delays, the session will be cancelled after 15 minutes of waiting and will be considered a paid session. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled without cost up to 48 hours in advance. Beyond this, it will be considered a paid session, including in cases of emergencies or unexpected circumstances such as illness. You have the option of receiving distance healing if a session cannot be rescheduled. If you are based outside Sri Lanka, I recommend rescheduling instead of cancelling, as reimbursement options for overseas payments are not currently available in Sri Lanka.

Please reach out if you need any clarifications before the session begins. Once a session starts, it will be assumed that you agree to all the terms outlined in this document, including this policy. I will not be held accountable for any losses incurred due to failure to adhere to any of its clauses.
